1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
2. I have not received my order, where is it? No Shot is ran by only 2 dudes. With social distancing only 1 of us is in the warehouse to pack orders, ship orders and handle customer service. Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of our small crew.

3. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? It can take our customer service representatives up to 24-48 hours to respond to inquiries.

4. Is No Shot clothing true to size? We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size for zip up hoodies and shirts; for pull over hoodies size up for a loose fit and true to size for fitted. 5. What Payment methods does No Shot accept? Our checkout is managed by Shopify and Paypal via Braintree, the World’s leading online payment gateways. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
