No Shot. Returns & Exchanges


No Shot stand's behind the quality of every product that we sell. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of receiving. You can return for a refund, store credit or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns: If you have an order you want to return, e-mail with the subject line: Return - Order #123456. We will walk you through the process of returning your item through e-mail.

Exchanges: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Products covered with animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have any markings with not be accepted.

We offer free exchanges and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 5 - 7 business days.

Incorrect Items: If you have received the incorrect order, e-mail with the following:

  1. Name on the order 
  2. Email the order was made with   
  3. Photo of incorrect item and packing list

Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 5-7 business days.

Damaged Items: If you have received a damaged item, e-mail with the following:

  1. Your order number 
  2. Name on the order 
  3. Email the order was made with   
  4. Your request (refund or send another product?) 
  5. Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
