Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoShot website and the application at merchant.noshot.co (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by YourSizer Teknolojileri ("NoShot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

NoShot turns a flat product shot into photoreal on-model imagery. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our site and may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@noshot.co if you suspect unauthorized use.

Plans, billing, and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice that takes effect at your next renewal. Free plans are offered as-is and may change or end. You are responsible for any taxes we do not collect.

Acceptable use and content safety

You may only upload images and write prompts that you have the rights and permissions to use. You agree not to use the Service to upload, request or create:

• nudity, or sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind;
• any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context;
• any depiction of minors, except ordinary children's-apparel catalogue images of products supplied by the brand that sells them;
• face swaps, deepfakes, or any alteration of a real person's face or identity;
• impersonation of a real person, or imagery of a real, identifiable person without their permission;
• violent, hateful or harassing content;
• illegal content, or content that is defamatory or deceptive — including misrepresenting AI-generated imagery in a way that is unlawful or misleading;
• content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

You also agree not to probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it except as expressly permitted.

What NoShot is — and is not. NoShot only edits product presentation: the background, the model's pose, the scene and the lighting around your product. It is not a face-swap, deepfake or identity-manipulation tool, and it may not be used as one.

How these rules are enforced. Every prompt you write is screened by an automated content-moderation service before any image is generated. Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked and are not sent to the image model. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and repeated or deliberate violations lead to suspension of your account. To report misuse, email contact@noshot.co.

AI-generated content disclosure

Images produced by the Service are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies — for example in colour, fit, texture or fine detail. Review every image before you publish it and make sure it represents the product you actually sell. You are responsible for disclosing that imagery is AI-generated wherever the law requires it.

Your content

You keep all rights in the product shots and other materials you upload ("Input"). You grant NoShot a limited licence to host and process your Input solely to operate the Service and generate your results. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

Ownership of generated images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own every image the Service generates for you and may use it commercially — no model releases, no licensing, no royalties. We claim no ownership of your outputs. Because outputs are AI-generated, similar results may be produced for other customers, and rights in AI-generated works can vary by country.

Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, models, design, and brand — belongs to NoShot and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service as described.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties such as payment and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output may contain errors or artefacts, and you are responsible for reviewing images before you publish them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NoShot against claims arising from your Input, your use of generated images, or your breach of these Terms.

Term and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes take effect when posted, with the date above updated; continued use means you accept them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you, including any right to bring a claim before the consumer authorities or courts where you live.
