Our story
The shoot was the bottleneck.
NoShot started with a frustration every fashion team knows: the on-model photo is the asset that sells — and it's the one that takes weeks and thousands of dollars to make.
A single traditional on-model image runs roughly $45 to $130 all-in once you count the model, photographer, studio, styling, retouching and rights. Multiply that by every SKU, colorway, season and market, and the shoot becomes the wall between a product and its PDP.
Meanwhile the data is blunt: shoppers convert on people, not flat-lays. On-model imagery consistently lifts product-page conversion — so the most valuable image is also the most expensive and the slowest to ship.
So we rebuilt it from the photo up. Upload a flat product shot; get photoreal on-model imagery in seconds, at a fraction of the cost, with full commercial rights. Same campaign quality — without the shoot.
The old way, per image
- $45–130
- All-in cost per on-model image
- 3–6 weeks
- From brief to a live PDP
- Every SKU
- Reshot for each color, season & market
On-model imagery is what lifts PDP conversion — yet it was the slowest, priciest asset in the catalog.
